after long and pale days, the Kisarta quickstart is finally ready to be downloaded and played!
We trust your understanding for the long wait: it will be well rewarded with a sumptuous new quickstart, which our team has worked with grim dedication to make it as complete as possible. In fact, this is not a version 1.2, but it is the definitive version, so we had to work on it carefully and taking care of every single detail. We've added new arts, a new cover, and about 50 more pages! 💀

Dear Souls of Kisarta, I'm Luca, the editorial director of Kisarta, welcome to this new update!
As you know we are working hard on the Kisarta core rulebook and obviously on the new quickstart. The latter one it's almost ready in italian and english language and will be released during this month, promised!
In the last update 'Memories of a Soul #2 💀' I published a list of new Stretch Goals unlockable via Backerkit, and now, today, thanks to your support we have just unlocked a new content that will be included in The Lost Codex of Kisarta, an expansion compendium free for both Kickstarter and Backerkit backers.
The title of this new content is "The drop of blood" and it will reveal the legend of a special drop of blood hidden in a place inaccessible to most. As you well know, there is no blood on Kisarta, and this drop is invaluable. Who controls it? How can it be used and for what purposes? 💀
You will find out soon, in the meantime, thanks to you, this content has been unlocked which will make 'The Lost Codex of Kisarta' an even richer expansion compendium.
But the Stretch Goals don't stop there, here is the list of the next ones, let's unlock others, together!

#2 - New Stretch Goals unlockable via Backerkit!
In a previous update we write down a series of Stretch Goals that unlockable supporting the project via Backerkit. As you can see Backerkit tracks the total amount of funds raised, so we'll use this amount to unlock the new Stretch Goals. We decided to change and to update the previous SG list because we'll insert in the new quickstart some pre-gen characters and other things that were originally unlockable with the first list.
So, dear Souls, This is the new list of Stretch Goals unlockable via Backerkit:
The drop of blood. The legend and the powerful of a super rare drop of blood of Kisarta, a netherworld where the blood doesn't exist.
Dunwar: a fallen noble family. The history and the main figures of a dinasty as ancient as the City of Limbo, once opulent and regal, which has now fallen into decay and desperation.
A new district of Limbo - Designed with the community of backers of Kickstarter and Backerkit campaign! The Fingers: the thieve's district of Limbo where the highest and the lowest among the Souls of the City of the Dead meet to conduct the darkest affairs.
The Cult of the Dying Sun. The secrets of a doomsday religion that spreads both havoc and hope for renewal after the end among the Souls of Kisarta.
The Dreamer: an alien creature - Designed with the community of backers of Kickstarter and Backerkit campaign! Most alien and deep among the Lords of the Black Circle yet so close to the Souls who get lost in his erratic dreamscape.

Dear Souls of Kisarta, I'm Luca, the editorial director of Kisarta, how are you? I hope you are all fine. Are we dead? Yes. I mean no, we're fine, but to create Kisarta you have to think like corpses!
I start immediately by telling you that we have posted not so much updates and posts on social media for a reason: we are working hard on Kisarta. Meetings on Discord (cursed Covid-19!), playtest, writing, revisions, translations. In short, a lot of work to create the product that we promised you, with a lot of care and attention. So don't feel abandoned, we are with you but above all, we are working for you!
Ok, let's start with some interesting updates:
#1 - The Tales of Kisarta - We have the cover! 💀
Thanks to our amazing, beautiful and fantastic illustrator Silvia Pasqualetto we have a new art to show you, which has become the cover of 'The Tales of Kisarta'! 💀
What is this 'The Tales of Kisarta'? It is a 30 pages, expansion compendium focused on 5 mysterious legends of Kisarta realms that you can use as starting points for your adventures (full-colored, PDF format).
I take this opportunity to remind you that Kisarta is on Backerkit!
Through Backerkit you, your friends or new Souls can get all these amazing products!
#2 - Quickstart Version 1.2! 💀
This is a very important thing for us. We decided to create a quickstart that is constantly evolving and that with each update is enriched with new materials, better mechanics, fantastic arts and interesting ideas.
We are currently concluding the Kisarta Quickstart 1.2 version which will be released for free for all by the month of June. In addition to improvements in mechanics, races and classes, this quickstart will contain an adventure and some pre-generated characters that let you to play Kisarta right away! We are working on this at the same time as writing the core rulebook, but we really want to give you something to play with while waiting for the rulebook, so it will be published within this month.

Since it will be dedicated to you, I also ask you a question: what would you like to find in 1.2 that was not present in previous versions? I'm not sure I can satisfy every request, but knowing your tastes will always help us offer you something better so post a comment under this update, write to us, let us know what you desire, Souls!

Kisarta is finally on Backerkit!! 💀

Dear souls, the Kisarta campaign continues on Backerkit! Until November 2020 you can support Kisarta on Backerkit and unlock goodies and Stretch Goals!
1) 'Kisarta - Master's Screen' and 'Kisarta Maps Package (Paper + PDF)' are nowunlockable via Backerkit! Collecting just 150 orders for the first one and only 50 for the second one the products will be unlocked for everyone!
2) 'Kisarta - Maps Package (PDF)' is already available!
3) Stretch Goals. On Backerkit there is a counter of the amount gained and thanks to it we can unlock new Stretch Goals. Since it is not possible for us to modify the Kickstarter campaign, we have created a graphic for the new Stretch Goals that you can view below. We will make a specific update for every unlocked Stretch Goals! The Stretch Goals unlocked will be available for all Kickstarter and Backerkit backers!
4) Read this if you are a backer of the Kickstarter campaign and want to support us alsoon Backerkit. [N.B.To be able to support us on Backerkit you must have already completedthe survey on Kickstarter and paid theshipping costs]
Backerkit is often used to manage the surveys. In our case you have already received the surveys via Kickstarter, so you will not receive other surveys, but you will only use Backerkit like a e-shop, adding the products you want to the cart.
Add the products you are interested in your digital cart.
Proceed to check-out (no amount will be withdrawn from your credit card until November 2020)
The system will automatically add the cost of shipments to your order, but having already paid for them (I remind you that to support us on Backerkit you will have to have already completed the survey received via Kickstarter and paid for the shipments), just send us a message here on Kickstarter indicating that you are already a backer of the Kickstarter campaign and we will delete the cost of shipments from your order.
Backerkit will retain only the cost of the products added to the cart, without any shipping costs.
